Allen focuses his practice on helping individuals and families.  To that end, his practice revolves around protecting individuals’ civil and constitutional rights, assisting the disabled in obtaining their Social Security benefits, and guiding individuals and families through the purchase and sale of their home.  Prior to establishing Thompson Law Offices, Allen primarily engaged in civil rights and constitutional litigation against government entities, from local townships and municipalities, to large cities and the Federal government.  Today, he practices solely in New Jersey with his primary office in Ocean County.

Allen enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, exploring the region’s historical sites, and writing.  Allen’s legal and historical writings have been published on legal blogs, as well as scholarly publications.
